s0lve is the result of the founding team having worked deep in the digital product platform industries for many years and always looking for the best, most simple and time-efficient ways to determine what user sentiment was. But it's also combined with a long and deep introspection as to how AI can truly, practically and directly benefit humanity overall. We all have a voice, and most of us are not shy to use our voices about any number of things... The only problem is that when hundreds, thousands and then millions of us are using our voices simultaneously how do we determine what the actual meaningful takeaway from all the noise is? This concept not only applies to feedback on products, services and software, but also to physical communities like cities, neighborhoods, schools and more.
This line of thinking is what led us down the road to ideate, test and build this first version of s0lve. The goal is to demonstrate an effective, productive, beneficial and collective use-case of AI language processing applied in a new way. We are actively in discussions with early partners that have a need to understand high volumes of user/human feedback and that can also help us shape the product to be as useful as possible.
